These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://woodlineusedfurniturebuyerabudhabi.com) and define the legal relationship, procedures, and expectations when selling pre-owned furniture, household items, office furnishings, or electrical appliances to our business across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

By contacting us via telephone, WhatsApp, our online form, email, or by scheduling an on-site evaluation and pickup, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Seller Eligibility & Ownership Warranties

By offering used furniture or household goods for sale to Wood Line, you represent and warrant that:

• Legal Age: You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding commercial contract in the United Arab Emirates.
• Sole Ownership / Authority: You are the sole and lawful owner of all items offered for sale, or you are an authorized representative with full legal power from the owner to sell and transfer ownership of the goods.
• Clear Title: All items are free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, hire-purchase agreements, financing claims, rental agreements, tenancy disputes, co-owner claims, or legal litigation.
• Accurate Information: All descriptions, brand names, dimensions, condition reports, and photographs you provide are honest, truthful, and representative of the items' current condition.

3. Scope of Items Purchased

Wood Line specializes in purchasing quality used residential, commercial, and hospitality furnishings throughout Abu Dhabi:

• Living Room: Fabric and leather sofas, L-shaped sectionals, recliners, sofa beds, coffee tables, TV display units, and armchairs.
• Bedroom Furniture: Complete bedroom suites, king/queen bed frames, mattresses in hygienic condition, wardrobes, dressers, and nightstands.
• Dining Furniture: Dining tables, chair sets, sideboards, buffet units, and bar stools.
• Office & Commercial: Workstations, executive desks, ergonomic chairs, conference tables, and metal filing cabinets.
• Working Household Appliances: Refrigerators, washing machines, freezers, and air conditioners in safe operating condition.
• Hotel & Restaurant Furniture: Bulk clearances from hotels, guest apartments, cafes, and hospitality venues.

Right to Decline: We reserve the right to decline purchasing any item that is structurally broken beyond repair, severely water-damaged, bio-contaminated, pest-infested, or otherwise deemed unsellable upon inspection.

4. Evaluation & Purchase Offer Process

Our furniture acquisition process follows two distinct phases:

A. Preliminary Remote Valuation

When you submit photographs, videos, and item descriptions via WhatsApp (+971 56 202 1321) or telephone, our team provides an initial, non-binding estimated price range. This estimate is based solely on the visual and descriptive information provided.

B. Physical On-Site Inspection

A final, binding purchase offer is confirmed in person by our evaluation team at your property prior to loading. If the physical inspection reveals unmentioned damage, structural defects, mechanical failure, severe wear, stains, or missing parts that were not visible in the photographs, Wood Line reserves the right to:

• Adjust the purchase offer to reflect the actual condition; or
• Politely decline purchasing the affected items without liability or cancellation fees to either party.

5. Pickup, Transport & Property Access

We strive to make the collection process seamless and stress-free:

• Service Areas Covered: We provide scheduled collection services across all Abu Dhabi districts, including but not limited to Khalifa City, Mohammed Bin Zayed City (MBZ), Mussafah, Al Reef (Villas and Downtown), Baniyas, Shabiya, Al Shahamah, and Al Dhannah City.
• Moving Permits & Community Gate Passes: The seller is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary move-out permits, security gate passes, or freight elevator bookings required by building management, residential community developers, or landlords prior to the arrival of our collection truck.
• Safe Access: The seller must ensure that hallways, doorways, stairwells, and elevators provide safe and unobstructed clearance for our team to carry and transport the items.
• Loading & Transport Crew: Wood Line provides its own transport vehicles and professional loaders to safely lift, dismantle (where agreed), and load the purchased items.

6. Emptying Personal Valuables & Items

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Sellers must thoroughly check and completely empty all wardrobes, drawers, cabinets, pockets, and appliances of all personal belongings, cash, credit cards, identification documents, jewelry, electronics, and valuables prior to handover.

Once furniture items are inspected, paid for, loaded onto our transport vehicles, and removed from your premises, Wood Line assumes no responsibility or liability for any personal items or valuables left inadvertently inside the furniture.

7. Payment Terms & Settlement

• Timing: Payment is completed in full at the time of pickup, once the furniture has been inspected and agreed upon, and prior to the departure of our vehicle from the premises.
• Settlement Methods: Payment is made in cash (AED) or via verified instant electronic bank transfer as mutually agreed between the seller and our appraisal representative.
• No Hidden Transport Charges: We do not deduct transportation, fuel, or labor fees from the agreed purchase price unless a specialized disposal or clearance fee was explicitly agreed upon beforehand in writing.

8. Finality of Sale & Transfer of Title

• Transfer of Ownership: Full legal title, ownership, and risk of loss for the purchased furniture transfer unconditionally to Wood Line immediately upon completion of payment settlement and loading.
• Final Sale: All sales to Wood Line are final. Once an item is purchased, paid for, and collected, the seller cannot cancel the transaction, reclaim the items, or demand the return of the goods.

9. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Seller Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked collection appointment, please notify us via WhatsApp or phone at least 2 to 4 hours in advance so our transport route can be updated.
• Unforeseen Delays: While we make every effort to arrive precisely at the scheduled time, arrival times may occasionally be affected by severe traffic congestion, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays. Our team will keep you informed of any schedule adjustments.

10. Website Terms & Intellectual Property

• Permitted Use: The Wood Line website is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use to view our service information, read guidelines, browse service areas, and submit furniture selling inquiries.
• Intellectual Property: All website text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, layouts, and code are the exclusive property of Wood Line Used Furniture Buyer Abu Dhabi. No portion of this site may be scraped, copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
• Accuracy of Information: While we maintain accurate and updated information regarding our services, coverage areas, and operating hours, website content is provided for general informational purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

• Careful Handling: Our removal crew exercises reasonable care when handling and transporting heavy items through your premises.
• Pre-existing Property Conditions: Wood Line is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, tight corridor scrapes resulting from oversized custom furniture, or building damage beyond our reasonable control.
• Indemnification: The seller agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wood Line Used Furniture Buyer Abu Dhabi, its owners, employees, and drivers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising from the seller's breach of ownership warranties, unauthorized sale of goods belonging to third parties, or failure to secure landlord/building moving approvals.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In the event of any question, disagreement, or dispute arising out of these Terms or a furniture purchase transaction:

• Both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution in good faith through direct communication with our management team.
• If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

13. Modifications to These Terms

Wood Line reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory developments. Revisions become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or engagement with our buying services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
